When I was little there were two Italian places that my family liked: Mother's, and Frank Vetere's. One or both of them had fantastic deep-dish pizza (can't remember which), and I haven't had pizza like that since I was four or five.
There are restaurants I miss because they're in Kingston and I'm not. ^^ I don't think any of the ones I like have closed, though. If you're ever in Kingston, Ontario, go to Saigon Delights for really good cheap Vietnamese food in a teeny restaurant.
