Danny's Diner, Somerville

We had a lovely brunch at Danny's Diner in Somerville yesterday afternoon. It's a little spot at 300 Beacon Street, across from Petsi Pies, near the old Star Market. I first heard about it on the Davis Square LJ, offered as an alternative to the Supreme Kitchen (closed after a car backed into their dining room). There are 19 reviews on Yelp, most of which were very positive, so it was worth a try.

They serve breakfast all day, plus lunch and dinner. No delivery or web site I could find. They are open Mon-Sat 7 am - 10 pm, Sun from 7 am to 5 pm. They only take cash. There was lots of parking along Beacon Street.

Definitely recommend this place for breakfast if you have cash and want a quiet spot to talk and eat.
