Browsing through the web site of the Northshire Book Store that I visited in VT this weekend, I came across a page about their new "Expresso Book Machine." It can print "high quality, trade-size paperback books in minutes." There's even a video showing how it works. They are the only independent bookstore in the US to have one, and one of only five machines in the world. http://www.northshire.com/printondemand.php
