If you ever find yourself in Wellesley I highly encourage you to visit Dorset Tea & Coffee (http://www.dorsetcafe.com) across from the Wellesley Hills Commuter Rail stop. It is owned by the Khudairi's - Sue and Sally - two Iraqi-American sisters raised in Sweden, Dorset and Wellesley. Sally is a former collegue and my wife and I helped a little when the shop was opening.
They do their best to recreate a true high tea and it's quite enjoyable.
