Coincidence?

bex77I haven't been called for jury duty in a long time. I did it a couple of times but I can't remember how long it's been...at least a dozen years.
Now I am working on a play called "Twelve Angry Jurors." So what do I see in the mail? Yup. You guessed it. A jury summons. For Nov. 14...during the run of "Twelve Angry Jurors." I need to defer that one...you're allowed to pick any date in the next year. Definitely picking a day when I am not in the middle of a play about the justice system.
